Marissa Schulze has been investing in property since the age of
18 and by 28 her portfolio was bringing in a six-figure passive
income. She has helped thousands of Australians build wealth
through property and in this episode of the Smart Property
Investment Show she joins Phil Tarrant to discuss how investors can
lock down finance in the current market.
Marissa shares how recent changes in the market have made it more
difficult for investors to secure finance and discusses her
thoughts on what changes are likely to occur in the future. Taking
