investing in 2010 — just two years after the global financial
crisis and smack dab in the middle of an apartment development
boom.
The Melbourne-based investor recalled how intimidating his first
property buy seemed, but ultimately became a step in the right
direction with the help of his friends who were versed in the
property investment game and with the guidance of trusted real
estate professionals.
